Regarding Accommodation
- What is the difference between MIMARU and MIMARU SUITES?
- All SUITES hotel rooms have suite-style rooms with two or more sepatarate bedrooms. All rooms are also equipped with a washer/dryer.
- Is there a required minimum night stay?
- The minimum stay is 1 night. We also offer special rates for consecutive night stays.
- Do regular MIMARU facilities have 2 bedrooms?
- Some facilities, such as MIMARU Tokyo Station East, do. Room types vary by facility, so please contact our corporate staff for details.
- Is there a washing machine in the room?
- Some rooms are equipped with washing machines. For those facilities that do not have laundy facilities in the guest rooms, coin-operated machines are available in the common areas.
- What can you tell us about cleaning?
- Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay.
Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

- What is your check-in and check-out policy?
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
We do have a front desk to assist with both your check-in and check-out procedures. - Do you provide luggage storage options before check in and upon check out?
- We can keep your luggage for you during the front desk hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the day of your check in or check out.
Some facilities charge for luggage storage on the day of check-out.
In addition, there is a fee for luggage storage if you need us to take care of your luggage outside of the specified times above.
Please contact each hotel for details including storage fees, as there is a limit to the amount of luggage that can be stored.
Please note that valuables, fragile items, and food cannot be accepted for storage. - Do you provide breakfast services?

- Are there parking lots at your facilities?
- No, there are no parking lots available at our hotels. If you plan on arriving by car, please park it at a paid parking lot within the vicinity of the hotel.

- Is it possible to park large buses and microbuses in front of the hotel for luggage delivery and passenger pick-up/drop-off?
- Some facilities do not allow parking in front of the hotel even for short periods of time, so please contact a Corporate Department representative for details.
- Do you have banquet or meeting rooms?
- Because MIMARU hotels are all apartment-style, there are no banquet or meeting rooms available.
- What payment methods are available?
- If the person making the reservation is different from the person staying at the hotel and is also the one who will pay, we ask that payment be made in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
If the payment is to be made by the guest themself, the payment must be made by the time of check-in.
